KEY DUTIES:
1. Lead Sales team to have good Customer Service (on Facebook Page & Walk In)
2. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
3. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
4. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
5. Store management and/or items arrangement in order to make its look impression or attractive
6. Daily sales management- at the store and delivery channel, lead and control at the physical store
7. Support the supply chain team to source and clearance
8. Organize product for daily Facebook live
9. Work closely with Sales team and delivery team or express partner to make sure that products are delivered to customers.
10. Work closely with cashier team to ensure that the daily cash closed report is corrected
11. Other tasks assigned by Store Manager.

REPORT LINE:
The Sales Supervisor will report directly the Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Background in retail store environment; fashion experience is great advantage.
- Proven spoken and written good command of English
- Person who is very customer focus, great interpersonal skill, team play spirit, fashion market knowledge, social-able character.
- Experience in fast pace environment, people skill, result driven, management proficiency, good motivational skill.
- Has extensive knowledge and experience in social media marketing and e-commerce.
